Let’s also include the curbs …. need cleaning drastically. Also, why not get back to spraying the weeds once a week…..those who have gravel on their ground in front of the homes, are getting covered with weeds. Jeff could do this on Monday morning of each week or two. Is Angie still over the Landscaping? Please call me, Angie. I am Betty at 690-8026…I had your job once and will help you when needed.

Looking forward to the meeting on Thursday….

Hey Betty! I didn’t volunteer for the landscaping. I only volunteered for the social stuff! As far as I know, Joe is the only one who volunteered for landscaping…

I wrote a detailed budget request to the Board on 9/12/10 and copied all HO who are on our email list. I got a response from Michael Ouesley that it would be taken up by the Board for consideration. It is a coincidence I think that the grounds were mowed and hedges clipped on 9/15/10 and I thought they did a better job than they had in June. Still, there is no supervision of the details such as hedge lines, both horizontal and vertical. We still have hedges that have overgrown the sidewalks and horizontal hedge lines that are not uniform.

At some point can we address the ROACH problem that this entire complex seems to have? If not the entire complex, well over 50% of it. I’ll leave the rest of this conversation up to the home owners but luckily I got rid of mine. Just noticed their is an infestation amongst several buildiings. At first as a renter I thought, “well maybe it should just be up to the owner of the unit” and then I realized MY WHOLE BUILDING was complaining about the same thing. I’d say the other 50% who aren’t complaining about them either don’t have them or are too ashamed to admit they do.

Ok, now back to the landscaping issue.
