Go outside your units and look at the gutters and downspouts.  If they need maintenance use the “maintenance request” button on the front page to notify the staff.  Document with photos and add your comment with photos here.  You will know if your downspout is clogged if water is running off the roof onto ground outside your unit and splashing mud everywhere.  If the downspout is not connected to the drain it needs repair.  Let us know.
