Welcome to the Palisades Condominiums Home Owner Association’s (PCHOA) website, where you can stay informed about meetings and activities, review regulations and other important condo documents, catch up on the latest issues, voice your concerns and much more.
There is one governing body for the Palisades: the Palisades Condominium Association, Inc. (PCA). This website is maintained for the PCHOA alone, though you’ll find helpful information here on the PCA as well. The distinction can be a little confusing, so we’ve added an overview of these associations and their distinct responsibilities in our Welcome Letter.
You are strongly encouraged to attend both the PCHOA and the PCA meetings (see the schedule here). Being active in your community is the first step in having a community you are proud to be a member. You can also use our contact links to get in touch directly with your officers; to voice your concerns and bring up issues.
